JRS is committed to provide the highest quality in diffusion furnace field service available to the semiconductor industry. Technical expertise is available to support all phases of maintenance and training related to diffusion furnaces. From repairs to on-site training, our work is superior in quality and backed by years of service experience. Our goal is to provide responsible, experienced and quality field service assistance coupled with rapid response times. Customer satisfaction is our top priority.

Qualified field service specialists are available to perform emergency repairs, routine maintenance or diffusion area sustaining coverage. Contract service is available on a full or part time basis for special projects, maintenance or post warranty support. In the event of a major equipment or process failure, we can provide around the clock service to return the equipment to full production status. Service specialists are available during off shift hours, shut downs, weekends and holidays to minimize impact on production schedules. Regardless of the schedule, all service work is billed at a flat hourly rate plus expenses and materials. Expenses and materials are always billed on a pass through basis with no mark ups.

JRS is the authorized parts distributor and service organization in the US for Thermco Systems and also provides training, upgrades, and circuit board repairs TMX furnaces. These services are also available for ASM Plasma Systems and SEMY Mypro. ASM America, Inc., selected John Ryburn Services, Inc. to provide service, technical support, and training on ASM PECVD Systems including the PRI5100/5102 Loader.

JRS performs process qualifications on atmospheric and LPCVD processes including process enhancement and characterization. JRS provides upgrades and modifications to improve system performance and uptime, specialty circuits to improve operation and maintainability of furnaces, equipment reconfiguration to accommodate process or operational changes, upgrades and installations of both new and used equipment or retrofits of existing systems plus re-cabling of systems using shielded cable.
