· Board Repair - PCB

JRS tests, repairs and upgrades Thermco TMX and SEMY MYPRO Circuit Boards. All repairs are performed on OEM equipment. Thermco boards are tested in operational TMX systems in their furnace environment under actual conditions to ensure proper operation.

TMX-Board Repair:

JRS repair service offers fast turnaround times, normally five to ten working days from date of receipt to date of shipment with various forms of expedited service available.

If your board sent in for repair turns out to be non-repairable, you will be notified and given the opportunity to purchase a replacement board, new or refurbished. There is no charge if the board is non-repairable and you do not wish a replacement.

A JRS Serial Number will be marked on each board as they arrive to ensure accurate tracking of all repairs. This ensures that the board you send to JRS is the board you will receive. JRS will maintain a history of all repairs performed by us on each board to provide you with valuable assistance in troubleshooting.

We also offer a board exchange program where we can send out a refurbished board upon receipt of a PO for the full price of a refurbished board. You will be issued a credit for 25% of the refurbished board price once we receive your exchange board and it is found to be repairable. This program offers the benefit of minimum down time for critical processes.

Required Documentation for shipping must include:
- Thermco part number, description of Board, and quantity
- Purchase order number
- Return shipment instructions, i.e. FedEx, with the account number for the shipping method requested.

All shipping and prices are FOB Bella Vista, AR. JRS repairs performed on boards are warranted for 90 days from date of shipment. A price list is available on request.
